Michelle Obama Slayed Final State Dinner in Stunning Gown

Wearing a rose gold chainmail dress by Versace, First Lady Michelle Obama stood with her husband to greet Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi and his wife Agnese Landini. President Obama clearly appreciated the gorgeous gown on his wife as they celebrated their last state dinner.

According to People.com:

At tonight%u2019s State Dinner were celebrity guests Roberto Benigni, Jerry Seinfeld, Giorgio Armani, Naeem Khan, Savannah Guthrie, Gayle King and Gwen Stefani, who will be performing. Mario Batali collaborated with White House Executive Chef Cris Comerford and White House Executive Pastry Chef Susan Morrison for a menu that featured the best of American produce prepared with Italian flair.

Donatella Versace was pleased to have the opportunity to dress the first lady for her final state dinner saying in a statement:

"I am humbled and honored to have the opportunity to dress the First Lady of the United States Michelle Obama. Thank you Michelle for all of the things you have done for America and for the rest of the world, for the women in the United States and the rest of the world."
